The Washington County Sheriff's Office values keeping the community informed about the operation of the Sheriff's Office. The Sheriff’s Office accomplishes this by regularly keeping the news media and the public informed of events involving the Sheriff's Office and its personnel through press releases, social media engagement, reports, special events, and speaking engagements. Our goal is to provide timely and factual information to the community we serve.
